RETREAT BOOKING
TERMS & CONDITIONS


IT’S IMPORTANT FOR US THAT WE ARE ALL ON THE SAME PAGE.:
NOTE 
THAT YOUR DEPOSIT SERVES AS AN AGREEMENT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW.

1. Booking & Deposits:

  • A non-refundable deposit of US$500  is required to secure your spot on the retreat.

  • This deposit is transferable to a future retreat (subject to conditions below) but not refundable under any circumstances.

2. Payment Plans & Final Balance:

  • Full Payment Option: US$ 2,277 (if paid upfront).

  • Deposit + Balance Option: US$500 deposit + remaining balance (US$1,845) due 60 days before the retreat start date.
    Total cost under this option: US$2,345.

  • Flexible Payment Plan Option: US$500 deposit to reserve your spot +
    remaining balance can be split into 3–6 equal monthly payments, scheduled to finish before the retreat begins. We’ll work with you to
    create a payment schedule that fits your needs.
    Total cost under this option: US$2,400

 

  • Late Payments: A late fee of 5% of the overdue amount will be applied to any payment not received within 5 days of the scheduled due date. Consistent missed payments may result in forfeiture of your spot and deposit.

3. Transfers to Another Retreat:

  • You may transfer your deposit or full payment to a future retreat up to 30 days before the original retreat start date.

  • Transfers are only valid for retreats of the same length and cost. If the new retreat is priced differently, you must pay the price difference.

  • Transfers are subject to availability and must be used within 12 months of the original retreat date.

4. Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation by Participant:

    • 60+ days before retreat: Loss of deposit (US$500).

    • 30-59 days before retreat: 50% of total retreat cost forfeited.

    • Less than 30 days before retreat: 100% of payment is non-refundable.

  • Cancellation by Organizer:

    • If the retreat is canceled by the organizer, you will receive a full refund (including deposit) or the option to transfer to another retreat.

5. Travel & Health Considerations:

  • Participants are responsible for their own travel insurance, including coverage for trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and personal belongings.

  • You must disclose any medical conditions or dietary restrictions at the time of booking.

  • The organizer reserves the right to refuse participation if a guest’s health or behavior may compromise the retreat experience.

6. Liability Waiver:

  • Participation in the retreat is at your own risk. The organizer is not liable for:

    • Personal injury, illness, or accidents.

    • Loss or damage to personal belongings.

    • Changes or disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest).

7. Retreat Changes:

  • The organizer reserves the right to modify the retreat itinerary, venue, or facilitators if necessary.

  • No refunds will be given for minor changes, but significant changes may allow for retreat credit.

8. Unforeseeable circumstances:

  • If the retreat is canceled due to events beyond our control (e.g., pandemics, natural disasters), refunds will be issued minus any non-recoverable costs (e.g., deposits paid to vendors).

9. Agreement:

  • By booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
